Welcome to our “About Us” page. We are happy and thrilled to know that you are interested in my story! We have dedicated all our lives to RVs.

Currently, we spend more than half of the time living in RV parks. We would love to share with you all the knowledge and expertise we gathered through many decades in RV product development, in teardrop campers design, towing, trailer hitches weight distribution, RV insurance, extended warranties, and RV financing.

When we write we are thinking in you, an RV fan like us that is sitting with us having a cup of coffee. Because it is all about sharing. That is how we feel it. We want to share with you our romantic story of passion for RVs.

Here in RV Favorites, we share all our years of experience with you. We will become best friends 🙂

I am Tony I write here the majority of the articles. I am an RV designer and RV developer. I create bill of materials for RV manufacturers for travel trailers and fifth wheels. I have also worked as an RV designer, most of my designs are teardrop campers.

After riding them in Europe, I introduced again these designs along with some retro looks. I created prototypes to explain my customers, niche RV manufacturers, how would the camper look like. As an RV fan, I owned all RV types except hybrid campers.

However, I spent a complete summer with a rented hybrid camper. I have two RV remodel complete projects that are explained on this website, but it is not my core area. As a consultant, I create customization trees for RV manufacturers who want to offer a solution to prospective customers to design their custom RV with variant configuration.

Nowadays, I spend since 2019 most of my time in the RV with my wife and we visit RV parks all over the US. I sell in Indiana trailer hitches, hitch balls, goosenecks, and weight distribution systems and I provide advice to customers who want to know which is their towing capacity, which hitch ball should they utilize and how to deploy a weight distribution system. I do my best to explain all these processes and their installation, here in RV Favorites.

I am Clara, I also write articles for RV Favorites I worked more than twenty years in the RV financing business, RV loans, and extended warranties. First I was an employee, and after a few years, I became an RV insurance agent. I wrote all the articles related to RV extended warranties, standard warranties, NADA RV values, loans, and RV financing. I hope that you enjoy them and that they answer your questions and doubts.
